Michael is one of the co-founders of MAC Family Catering. He is a seasoned culinary professional with over three decades of experience in food preparation and catering. As a former Lead Catering Chef at Daniel’s Broiler Catering, Michael knows all the fine details in taste and preparation. As Lead Catering Chef with Daniel’s Broiler, he managed numerous high-volume fine-dining events for clients such as Microsoft and Boeing. His food service and catering experience also includes time at University of Washington - Harborview Medical Center, University of Washington - Seattle Campus & Gretchen’s Shoebox Catering. Michael currently volunteers at Youthcare Orion Center, though for many years volunteered at the White Center Food Bank. He holds a Culinary Arts Certificate and has been recognized among his peers for his leadership and dedication.

Nic is one of the co-founders of MAC Family Catering, a business built on a passion for perfecting dishes and creating unforgettable dining experiences. Growing up in a Vietnamese refugee family, the importance of community and tradition was instilled early on, especially through the weekly family dinners at his Ba’s (grandmother’s) house. These gatherings, filled with laughter, love, and incredible food, sparked a lifelong journey to explore how to enhance every dish. Now, through MAC Family Catering, Nic aims to bring the warmth, flavors, and joy of those family meals to others, sharing a curated experience that celebrates both food and connection.
